Job Description
This role includes service, test and repair of broken Audio/Video electronic equipment like LED panels, Led Processors, audio amplifiers and stage lights.
The candidate needs to work on repairing all type of broken AV equipment including but not limited to repair of LED Panels, Stage Lights, audio amplifiers, Speakers, LED processors, led and stage light power supplies and…
This Job may require occasional (%5-%10) out of state travel.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or technical certification in electronics preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in electronic repair or a related field
- Knowledge of electronic devices and equipment, and ability to diagnose and repair PCB boards and perform PCB rework and resoldering.
- Technicians will be required to perform good SMD soldering, use of electronic rework tools and lab tools like multimeter and oscilloscope.
- Must be able to read and understand circuit schematics and be familiar with electronic components.
- Must be able to use windows and MS office applications.
Preferred to:
- College degree in electrical engineering or computer science.
- Have worked in a repair of electronic assembly facility is a plus.
- Ability to work independently
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Occasional reaching/working overhead, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- Frequent walking
- Continuous sitting and repetitive hand motion
- Lifting requirements include occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds and continuous lifting of up to 10 pounds.
