We are looking for a skilled and motivated Sales Representative to join our equipment repair company. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and generate new leads and customers for repairing, servicing and sales of electronic devices and equipment, including LED Panels, Stage Lights, audio amplifiers, Speakers, LED processors, by making phone calls and utilizing social media platforms to promote sales and repair services.


  • Identify and generate new leads through various channels including phone calls and social media.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s equipment repair services, pricing, and terms.
  • Provide excellent customer service to potential and existing clients by answering their questions and addressing their concerns.
  • Follow up with potential clients to ensure they have received all necessary information and to schedule appointments for equipment repair services.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets as established by management.
  • Utilize customer relationship management software to track leads and maintain customer records.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective social media and marketing campaigns to promote the company’s services.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new leads.


  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the equipment repair industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms for business purposes.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management software and sales techniques.
  • Willingness to learn and stay up to date on the latest equipment repair and PCB rework technologies and services.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Background check required.
